Email is the fastest way to reach us
For any account, billing, training plan, or integration question, email support@getsplit.ai. We typically reply within one business day. If you're writing about a specific run or workout, paste the date and a short description so we can find it quickly.

How Split uses your Strava data
When you connect Strava, Split imports your runs — including splits, laps, pace, and heart-rate streams when available — so your AI coach can read every workout and adapt your plan. Your Strava data is shown only to you, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising or to train any machine-learning models. Strava-sourced activities are clearly marked as such inside the app.
Connect or reconnect Strava
Open Profile and choose Connect Strava. You'll be sent to Strava to authorize the connection. If you've previously connected and your sync has stalled, the same button will say Reconnect Strava — reconnecting refreshes your tokens and triggers a fresh import.
Runs aren't showing up
New activities normally appear within a minute or two of being uploaded to Strava. If a run is missing after that, try reconnecting from Profile, and confirm the activity is set to visible (not private) on Strava's side. Still missing? Email support@getsplit.ai with the activity date and approximate start time and we'll dig into the sync logs.
Disconnect Strava
You can revoke Split's access at any time from Strava → Settings → My Apps, or by emailing us. When you disconnect, we stop pulling new activities immediately and we honor Strava's deauthorization webhook by removing your stored Strava tokens. Already-imported activities remain in your training log so your history stays intact; if you'd like those removed as well, ask us in your email and we'll take care of it.
Privacy & data deletion
Strava data is treated as private by default. To request that we delete all Strava-sourced data tied to your account, email support@getsplit.ai from the address on your Split account and we'll confirm once it's done. For full account deletion, the same email works — let us know whether you want training-plan history kept or removed alongside your activities.
I forgot my password
Use the password reset flow. We'll email a recovery link to set a new password.
How do I change my race or goal?
Open a chat with your coach from the dashboard and tell them the new race, date, and goal time or pace. The coach rebuilds the plan around the new target.

Split is in beta. Pricing and trial details are listed on the homepage; for any billing question, email support@getsplit.ai.
What we collect and how we use it
Split collects the information needed to give you a personal training log and an AI coach: your account details (name, email, and a hashed password), the training preferences you tell the coach about (goal race, weekly mileage, schedule), and the activities you import from third-party sources like Strava.
We use this information only to operate Split for you — building and adjusting your training plan, generating workout-by-workout feedback, and improving the product experience for your account. Your data is shown only to you. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine-learning models.
Strava-sourced data is treated as private by default and follows the same rules described in the Strava integration section above (no resale, no public display, removed on request). We rely on a small number of trusted service providers — Supabase for our database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for the AI coach, and Resend for transactional email — and only the minimum data each one needs to do its job is sent their way.
To request a copy of your data or to have your account and its data deleted, email support@getsplit.ai from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.
Terms of use
Split is currently in beta. By creating an account and using the service you're agreeing to use it as intended — a personal training tool for one runner per account. Don't share your login with others, and don't use the service to harass other people, abuse the AI coach to extract content unrelated to running, scrape data, attempt to bypass rate limits, or reverse engineer the product.
The AI coach offers general training guidance and is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, or other professional advice. If you have a health condition, an injury, or you're unsure whether a workout is safe for you, consult a qualified professional before following any plan suggestion. You run at your own risk.
Because Split is in active development, features may change, move, or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We may update these terms over time; material changes will be announced to active accounts. Continued use of Split after an update means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Split at any time and request account deletion via support@getsplit.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
